(Note, the guy with the blog is a doctor, but he specifically recommends certain medications for this that I don't think anyone else who discusses RSD online would agree with if they knew this.) Personally, I think it just sounds like a description of anxiety.

Homosexuality used to be a medically recognized medical disorder so probably worth taking everything with a grain of salt either way.
