Beating MKL (and especially beating it for matrices that are big and square) is quite impressive.

I was surprised by how accessible the writing was for something so technical, even for a novice like me.

Now this is the kind of content that keeps me coming back to HN. Totally worth the price of a subscription!

Seriously though this is really good stuff. I just wish I had enough free time to go down the rabbit hole of trying to implement a matrix multiplication package.
