You appear to be saying this with a straight face. I must be missing something here. What is beneficial about the web model that native is lacking?
I hope I’m not being an old curmudgeon, but I’m genuinely confused here. To me, web dev is a lovecraftian horror and I’m thankful everyday I don’t have to deal with that.
Native dev is needlessly fragmented and I’ve longed for a simple (not Qt) framework for doing cross platform native app dev with actual native widgets, so thanks for working on that. But I a bit mystified at the idea of making it purposefully like web dev.
