Pure speculation: what is the possibility the current administration told silicon valley to dial down hiring and salaries to help with inflation? the result being our job market has been destroyed. it would be worth investigating this.
absolutely 0 chance of this. Consider how much of the Government’s moves are leaked. Something like this would almost certainly fall in the hands of someone in the Press.
