Rockstar, and indeed the entire AAA gaming industry, is known for the industry-wide hellacious crunch times. Anyone applying should be able to find ample testimony of this on Glassdoor, HN, Reddit, and presumably 4chan.
What you say is indeed true, but the part of the post "Existing Visa Transfers Welcome" might attract some groups who don't know the way things work and who may be more desperate (and not willing to reject) such terms.
In theory, any extra replies to a job post which are not beneficial would end up as collapsed noise anyway, right?
