This is good. I'm reminded of my need to improve my knowledge of programming itself. I know the feeling of being held back by my typing speed, but also by my knowledge of my programming environment.
Edit: corporate bullshit aside, this is a great way to find good engineers. The manipulative tactics and social standards don't sit well.
