I tried this once. I spent ten minutes on the phone (recording it) with someone who obviously knew nothing about my car (I don't own one) but who wanted to confirm I had the one on they think I have (Of course I had to go first). She had a strong Indian accent so I figured from a call center in India, so I had to wait until I was speaking to someone in America. As I finally was being transferred to the company the line just went dead.
