The only problem here is that building things, unlike bowling, is a team effort, and also goals are very different, you don't win the game by having the highest score in the end. IMHO big question is if it's worth to invest into "getting your score over 160" in terms of benefits for you and/or company? Can that time be better used? Will your project benefit more from moving your bowling from 160 to 200 - or you can get your role covered just fine with 160, so perhaps invest time instead into getting at least 1600 ELO in chess which will be needed on the next project, and will also give you a wider perspective?
